A bar fight leaves up-and-coming professional footballer Andy injured and out of the game. Needing money to support his pregnant wife and himself, he buys an ice cream van and gets to work. When a gang of Polish drug runners starts to irritate him, he joins a British gang involved in football hooliganism for protection.

This is a new adventure in which our friend, Mr. Hooligan, appears in an entirely new capacity. On a stage a professor of magic is performing some wonderful experiments, and when he requests some assistance Happy Hooligan immediately volunteers his services and climbs upon the platform.

Four men, no strangers to unlawful transgressions, execute a daring football stadium robbery, but the volatile dynamic soon turns sour when the leader of the group becomes paranoid and begins to self destruct. Years later, after a stint in prison, the villainous leader is unrelenting in his path to retribution, he wants his years back and will take them from all of the men who know the true reasons for his prolonged captivity.

Known for his brutally violent policing tactics, suspended police officer Michael Clarke is sent undercover to infiltrate the notorious London criminal enterprise of Terance Turner, with the task of bringing the gang boss to justice.
